2 2. Service Description & Video Hosting
Dov Media Portal provides an enterprise cloud infrastructure for uploading, AES-128 HLS transcoding, session-based DRM tokenization, and streaming course videos for educators and academies. Our platform is engineered to safeguard intellectual property and ensure smooth streaming to students across all devices.
Our platform automatically encrypts your uploaded content to deter unauthorized downloading and piracy. We guarantee high-performance streaming backed by Darory enterprise cloud servers.
3 3. Account Security & Creator Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and API keys. You agree to notify us immediately upon discovering or suspecting any unauthorized access to your account or security breach.
4 4. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy Protection
You retain full ownership of all intellectual property rights in the videos and courses you upload. By using our service, you grant Dov Media a limited license to apply our security protocols—including AES-128 envelope encryption, dynamic student watermarking, and HMAC-SHA256 session tokens—to safeguard your content.
5 5. Subscription & Bandwidth Allocation
Access to video hosting and streaming is subject to your selected subscription plan. Bandwidth and storage consumption are tracked per your plan specifications, and Darory provides real-time telemetry and reporting on video performance and delivery.
6 6. Prohibited Conduct & Scraping Prohibition
You and your students agree not to use automated scrapers, downloaders, stream-ripping software, or attempt to reverse-engineer our DRM and token protocols. Any attempt to bypass our anti-piracy mechanisms or unlawfully distribute playback URLs will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
7 7. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
Dov Media Portal services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While Darory employs industry-leading engineering to maintain 99% leak and download protection, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from force majeure or network outages beyond our technical control.
8 8. Modifications to Terms
Darory reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time to reflect evolving technological or legal requirements. Material changes will be communicated to users, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
