Collected data is used exclusively to: (a) authenticate HMAC-SHA256 streaming tokens, (b) prevent simultaneous account sharing, (c) optimize adaptive HLS streaming bitrate, and (d) provide educators with accurate watch time analytics.
3 3. Dynamic Watermarking & Student Telemetry
To deter screen capture and leaks, Dov Media projects dynamic visual watermarks containing the viewer’s subscribed identifier over the video player. This telemetry is processed securely and is never used for advertising or external profiling.
We never sell, rent, or trade your student or trainee data with advertisers or third parties. Your course community data belongs exclusively to you.
4 4. Data Encryption & Security (AES-128)
All educational video assets are stored on private enterprise cloud infrastructure managed by Darory (darory.com) and are encrypted with AES-128 keys both at rest and in transit, ensuring complete data sovereignty.
5 5. Third-Party Sharing
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or with trusted infrastructure partners (e.g., secure CDN networks) operating under strict data confidentiality agreements.
6 6. Your Privacy Rights & Data Retention
Educators and academies have the right to export or delete their account data and video assets at any time. Security and access logs are retained only as long as necessary to enforce anti-piracy protections and comply with legal obligations.
7 7. Cookies & Security Tokens
We use essential technical cookies and cryptographic session tokens solely to authenticate user sessions and protect video streams against unauthorized embedding or hotlinking.
